[OID]

Indicates the MIB object ID of the alarm.

UserType

Indicates the user access type: MAC, 802.1X, or Portal.

IfName

Indicates the name of an interface.

Threshold

Indicates the percentage of current users in quiet state to the total users in quiet state.

UserNum

Indicates the number of users in quiet state.

Lower Threshold

Indicates the lower alarm threshold for the percentage of users in quiet state.

Upper Threshold

Indicates the upper alarm threshold for the percentage of users in quiet state.

Possible Causes

The number of users in quiet state on the interface reached the upper alarm threshold.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the number of users in quiet state exceeded the maximum value.

    • If so, check whether a large number of users who do not meet authentication requirements request authentication on the network. If such users exist, replan the network.
    • If not, no action is required.

  2. If the fault persists, contact technical support.
