The device failed to connect to the registration center.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
RegCtrIP	Indicates the registration center's IP address.
CertDomain	Indicates the name of the domain to which a PKI certificate belongs.
Reason	Indicates the reason for the failure to connect to the registration center.

The device time is not within the PKI certificate validity period.

Run the display pki certificate command to view the PKI certificate validity period.
Run the clock datetime command to change the device time to be within the PKI certificate validity period.
