DHCP/4/DHCPUSERBINDTRAPVLANRESUME:OID [OID] The number of DHCP users on the vlan descends to alarm threshold. (IfIndex=[INTEGER], VLANIndex=[INTEGER], VlanID=[INTEGER], CurrentUser=[INTEGER], MaxUser=[INTEGER])

The number of DHCP users in a VLAN reaches the lower alarm threshold.

Indicates the MIB object ID of the alarm.

IfIndex

Indicates the interface index. The value is 0.

VlanIndex

Indicates the VLAN index.

Indicates the VLAN ID.

CurrentUser

Indicates the number of current access users.

MaxUser

Indicates the maximum number of access users.

Impact on the System

None.

Possible Causes

The number of DHCP snooping binding entries in a VLAN reaches the lower alarm threshold.

Procedure

  1. Run the dhcp snooping max-user-number max-user-number command to adjust the maximum number of access users allowed on the interface.
  2. Run the dhcp snooping user-alarm percentage percent-lower-value percent-upper-value command to adjust the alarm thresholds.
