The link between the device and remote server is unreachable.

Perform a ping operation to check whether the link between the device and remote server is reachable.
- If not, ensure that the network configurations, including IP addresses and routes, are correct.
- If so, go to step 2.
Check whether the remote server is working properly.
- If not, ensure that the remote server is working properly.
- If so, go to step 3.
Check whether the configurations are correct, including the user name, password, and server IP address when the dhcp snooping user-bind load command is executed to back up DHCP snooping binding entries.
- If not, run the dhcp snooping user-bind load command to configure correct parameters.
- If so, go to step 4.
Collect alarm and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
