ECML/3/ECM_CHANNEL_FAULT: Stack port [STRING] channel status is fault, port status is [STRING].
Parameter Name | Parameter Meaning |
---|---|
Stack port [STRING] | Indicates a port name. |
port status is [STRING] | Indicates the port status. |
Run the display stack channel all command to check the stack link connections and status. If the Speed field of a physical member port displays a speed value and an exclamation mark, for example, 2.5!, the port has received CRC-errored packets. Check whether the optical module or cable on the port is the correct type.
Run the display interface command to check packet statistics on the physical member port. If the numbers of packets sent and received on the port do not increase, the port does not send or receive packets normally.
Run the display cpu-usage command to check the CPU usage of each process. If a process has high CPU resource, there may not be sufficient CPU usage for the stacking task. In this case, reduce the CPU usage of that process, and then check whether the stacking service recovers.
