Possible Causes

Procedure

Check whether the card uplink bandwidth is higher than the downlink bandwidth.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
Re-plan the networking or replace the card for uplink traffic direction.
