Possible Causes

1: The device fails to obtain the intermediate file information.

2: The device fails to download files.

3: The downloaded files fail to be activated.

4: The file server is not configured.

Procedure

Check whether the intermediate file in the correct format exists.
Check whether the specified address of the file server is correct or the file server's status is normal.
Check whether the downloaded files are integral or in the correct format.
If the alarm persists, collect alarm and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
Configure a file server.
