Description

The device was rejected because the number of clients has reached the upper limit. Run the reset easy-operation client-offline command to delete the clients in lost state.

Parameters

Mac address	MAC address of the client.

Possible Causes

The number of clients managed by the Commander reached the upper limit.

Procedure

Run the display easy-operation client command to check whether the number of clients managed by the Commander reached the upper limit.

Run the reset easy-operation client-offline command to delete clients in lost state.
Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
