    136961

    The power module does not work properly. The device may be powered off because of power insufficiency.

    Rectify the fault according to A Power Module Cannot Provide Power in the Troubleshooting Insights-Campus Switch-Hardware Fault.

    136966

    The power supply was installed but not powered on or the power module has failed. The device may be powered off because of power insufficiency.

    Rectify the fault according to A Power Module Cannot Provide Power in the Troubleshooting Insights-Campus Switch-Hardware Fault.

    136969

    • Cause 1: The power switch on the power module is turned off.
    • Cause 2: No power cable is connected to the power module.
    • Cause 3: The output voltage of the external power supply system is out of the input voltage range required for the chassis.

    Rectify the fault according to A Power Module Cannot Provide Power in the Troubleshooting Insights-Campus Switch-Hardware Fault.

    136972

    The PoE power module is not supported by the device. The PoE function does not take effect, and powered devices (PDs) cannot be powered on.

    Replace the power module with a PoE power module supported by the device. Currently, PoE power modules supported by a switch include 800 W AC, 2200 W AC, and 2200 W DC power modules.

    A power module providing mismatching power is installed on the device. For example, a 150 W power module is installed on the S5720-HI.

    Replace the current power module with a power module providing matching power.

    136984

    The RPS 12 V power supply is abnormal. The RPS power supply is present but has no output power and so is unavailable.

    Replace the RPS power supply.

    136993

    The secondary power supply is abnormal.

    Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.

    The AVS power supply is partially short-circuited.
