Message

FSP/4/SPDU_LOST_NOTRUN: Switch [ULONG] is not in running state and lost the SPDU message from the master switch.

Heartbeat packets from the master switch were lost on the slave switch in non-running state.

ULONG	Indicates a stack ID.

An exception occurred on the slave switch or a stack port connecting the master and slave switches was faulty.

Run the display stack port command to check the stack port configuration of the master switch.
- If the stack port status is down, go to step 3.
- If the stack port status is up, go to step 2.
Run the display stack port command to check the stack port configuration of the slave switch.
- If the stack port status is down, go to step 3.
- If the stack port status is up, go to step 4.
Check the reason why the stack port went physically Down. For details, see "Troubleshooting: Ethernet Interface Physically Down" in the Huawei S Series Campus Switches Troubleshooting Guide.
The slave switch may be faulty. It will automatically restart, removing the need to manually restart it. After it restarts, check whether the fault persists.
- If so, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
- If not, the fault has been rectified.
