Neighboring member switches leaf the stack because the stack split.
Procedure
Check whether these devices can set up a stack again after the previous stack split.
If so, no action is required.
If not, go to step 2.
Check whether the stack cables between member devices and their optical modules are installed properly.
If so, go to step 3.
If not, install these cables and optical modules properly. If this device still cannot join a stack, go to step 3.
Replace stack cables and optical modules, and then check whether this device joins a stack.
If so, the fault has been rectified.
If not, go to step 4.
The stack port of this device became faulty or a software error occurred on the device. You need to collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
If the device repeatedly joins or leaves the stack, rectify the fault according to steps 2, 3, and 4.
