GRSA/4/REALTIME_BAK_SEND_FAILURE: Send the key-pair with label [label-name] for real time backup failed.

Real time backup failed.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[label-name] Indicates the unique name associated with a key-pair created.

Possible Causes

The possible cause is due to internal errors like:
  • Memory allocation failure
  • Failed to send key to slave board
  • Failed to send key to IO board
  • Fail to receive ACK from slave board
  • Fail to create key-pair file in slave board because of low disk space

Procedure

  1. Check if slave is normal and has enough free space in its flash.
  2. If the problem still continues, Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
