Description

The system used the default configuration of the GTL license, when a license file became invalid.

Impact on the System

Restricted function items in the license will become unavailable.
The thresholds of the resource items in the license will be set the default values.

If the GTL License file is invalid, the trap will be reported each time the device restarts or a master/slave main control board switchover is performed.

The authentication of the license file failed.

Procedure

Confirm whether the license file exists. If not, activate a valid license file.
Confirm whether the license file is valid. If not, replace it with a valid license file.
Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
