Description

The status of the channel between the HACA module and the controller changed.

Parameters

ServerTemplate	Name of an HACA server template.
Event	Event. The value can be: configuration request: Configuration request configuration response: Configuration response sending a data request: Data transmit request sending a data response: Data transmit response notification: Notification status response: Status response status query: Status query channel configuration success: The channel is configured successfully. channel configuration failure: Failed to configure the channel. channel Up: The channel is Up. channel Down: The channel is Down. channel disconnection: The channel is disconnected. data receiving success: Data is received successfully.
OldState	Original status. The value can be: IDLE INIT UP DOWN TERMINA REGIST
NewState	New status. The value can be: IDLE INIT UP DOWN TERMINA REGIST

Possible Causes

After the HACA function is configured and enabled, a channel is established between the HACA module and the controller, or the channel between the HACA module and the controller is disconnected.

Procedure

If the HACA configuration remains unchanged but the channel status alternates frequently, check whether an exception occurs on the HACA channel.
Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
