Run the pki validate-certificate command in the system view to check certificate validity.
- If the certificate is invalid, apply for a new certificate.
- If the certificate is valid, go to step 2.
Check whether the CA certificate of the peer end can be found on both ends.
- If not, import the CA certificate of the peer end.
- If so, collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support.
