Description

A login user failed to change the password.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
UserName User name
IPAddress User IP address
VpnName Name of the VPN instance to which a user belongs

Possible Causes

A login user failed to change the password. The possible causes are as follows:
  • Cause 1: The old password was entered incorrectly.
  • Cause 2: The new password did not comply with the standards.

Procedure

  • Cause 1: Enter the old password correctly.
  • Cause 2: Enter a new password complying with the standards.
