Description

The number of discarded outgoing packets on the interface exceeds the threshold.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
Interface	Interface name.
Statistics	Statistics on discarded packets.
LogThreshold	Threshold for discarded packets.
LogInterval	Interval for collecting statistics on discarded packets.
PortQueueNumber	Number of a queue on the interface.
PortQueuePassed	Forwarded packets in a queue.
PortQueueDropped	Discarded packets in a queue.

Possible Causes

The number of discarded outgoing packets on the interface exceeds the threshold.

Procedure

Run the display this command in the interface view, and check whether outbound rate limiting is configured.
- If so, go to step 2.
- If not, go to step 3.
Run the qos lr outbound cir cir-value [ cbs cbs-value ] command to modify the rate or run the undo qos lr outbound command to delete the rate limiting configuration. Then check whether the fault persists.
- If so, go to step 3.
- If not, go to step 4.
Obtain the log file and configuration file, and contact technical support personnel.
