Description

Rate decrease auto-negotiation negotiation takes effect.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
InterfaceName	Indicates the interface name.
CurrSpeed	Indicates the Interface current rate.

Possible Causes

Rate decrease auto-negotiation is configured for GE interfaces, the GE interfaces can lower the auto-negotiation rate to 100 Mbit/s or 10 Mbit/s to ensure that the interfaces work properly.
