Description

IS-IS failed to add the SRLG information to a TE link.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
[process-id]	Indicates the ID of an IS-IS process.
NewSrlgNum	Indicates the number of new SRLGs.
CurrentSrlgNum	Indicates the number of SRLGs on the current link.
NeighborSystemId	Indicates the system ID of a neighbor.
NeighborPseudoNodeId	Indicates the pseudo node ID of a neighbor.
FragmentNumber	Indicates the number of the LSP fragment.

Possible Causes

1. No SRLG is added.

2. Failed to apply memory for the key data structure when adding the SRLG information.

3. The internal logic was incorrect.

Procedure

Run the debugging isis receiving-packet-regular-content command and the debugging isis update-packet command, and then analyze the received packet according to the packet type and the system ID; check whether the packet does not carry an SRLG.
If the TLV type is normal, perform the following:
- Run the display memory-usage command in the user view to check whether the system memory usage is too high. If so, analyze the cause.
- If the memory usage is normal, contact technical support personnel.
If abnormality occurs in the TLV, check whether the switch sending the LSP is faulty.
If the router is faulty, contact technical support personnel.
