ISIS/5/LDP_SYNC_STATE_CHG:An interface of the ISIS process [process-id] is changed from the ldp-sync-[SyncPreviousState] state to the ldp-sync-[SyncCurrentState] state. (IfName=[STRING])

Description

The IS-IS-LDP synchronization status changed on an interface.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
[process-id]	ID of an IS-IS process
[SyncPreviousState]	IS-IS-LDP synchronization status before the change
[SyncCurrentState]	IS-IS-LDP synchronization status after the change
IfName	Name of an interface

Possible Causes

The IS-IS-LDP synchronization status changed on an interface.

Procedure

Run the display isis ldp-sync interface command in any view to check the Sync State and LDP State fields.
Check whether the Sync State field fails to reach the Sync-Achieved state within a long period (more than 10 minutes).
- If so, go to step 2.
- If no, go to step 6.
Check whether the LDP session is Down.
- If so, go to step 4.
- If no, go to step 5.
Refer to the solution to the mplsLdpSessionDown alarm.
- If the problem persists, go to step 5.
- If the fault is rectified, go to step 6.
Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
