[interface-name]	Indicates the name of an interface.
InterfaceIndex	Indicates the interface index.

The static BFD function was not enabled on the interface.

Judge whether the static BFD function needs to be enabled on the interface. If so, go to Step 2; if not, go to Step 3.
Run the isis bfd static command.
