MessageType	Indicates the type of message.
PeerIpAddress	Indicates the remote ip address.
ErrorReason	Indicates the reason of the error.

The received L2VPN LDP signaling packets had an error or unknown field. The remote device might be a non-Huawei device.

Check whether the signaling packet sent from the remote device complies with the RFC.
