Failed to send the TCP message.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
PeerIP	Indicates the IP address of the peer.
MessageLength	Indicates the message length.
SocketId	Indicates the socket ID.
ErrorSocketStatus	Indicates the error socket state, such as -107, 0, -105, -108, -106, -22.
