Description

The server refused the request of the instance [instance-name].

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
[instance-name]	Indicates the name of instance.
PeerIP	Indicates the IP address of the peer.
SocketId	Indicates the socket ID.

Possible Causes

The client establishing the TCP connection did not receive the message for establishing the connection from the peer when sending the connection request.
