LDP/6/WAITPEERGR:Wait for peer restart, peer session subject to graceful restart. (VRF=[STRING], PeerAddress=[STRING])

The neighbor GR was being restarted and waited GR of the peer to be restarted.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
VRF	For public network, the VRF is public(0). For private network, the VRF is VRF-Name(VRP-Index).
PeerAddress	Indicates the LSR ID of the peer.

The LDP session was negotiated to be re-established when the peer LSR was enabled with graceful restart.
