LSPM/3/MPLSTEFRRRESUME:OID [oid] Tunnel resumes.(SessionTunnelId=[integer], LocalLspId=[integer], IngressLsrId=[integer], EgressLsrId=[integer], MplsTunnelAdminStatus=[integer], MplsTunnelOperStatus=[integer])

The trap message was output when the primary tunnel was recovered and the traffic was switched back from the bypass tunnel.
