Description

Failed to process the HA tunnel message.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
TunnelName Indicates the name of a tunnel.
EventType Indicates the type of a tunnel event.

Possible Causes

Processing of the tunnel event received from the tunnel interface module failed.

Procedure

  1. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
