Possible Causes

Switching the protection tunnel to the working tunnel cannot be performed because the working tunnel was unavailable.

Procedure

  1. Configure the protection group and perform tunnel switching.
  2. Check the status of the working tunnel.
  3. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
