Multiple switches with the same IP address, MAC address, and global configuration exist on the network. As a result, an address conflict occurs.

Obtain the name of the AS where the fault occurred. In the alarm, ASName indicates the AS name.
Check whether the stack cable of the AS is loose. If so, reconnect the stack cable securely. If the corresponding clear alarm is not generated, replace the stack cable.
Check whether the corresponding clear alarm is generated. If so, no action is required. If not, go to step 4.
Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
