MCAST/3/MCAST_ACL: Failed to operate the protocol acl. (ReturnCode=[ULONG], OperateType=[STRING], PacketType=[ULONG])

An ACL failed to be delivered or deleted.

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
ReturnCode	Indicates the error code. Common error codes are as follows: 15: This function is not supported. 21: The ACL resources are used up. 29: The delivered resources are used up. Resources may be available but cannot be used, so they do not meet the requirements of the application. 40: The meter resources are used up. 41: The counter resources are used up. 42: The slice resources are used up. 43: The UDF resources are used up. 44: The range resources are used up. 47: The key value of the entry is not supported. 48: Failed to check the input parameter.
OperateType	Indicates the operation type: Add: delivers an ACL. Delete: deletes an ACL.
PacketType	Indicates the packet type.

15: This function is not supported.
21: The ACL resources are used up.
29: The delivered resources are used up. Resources may be available but cannot be used, so they do not meet the requirements of the application.
40: The meter resources are used up.

42: The slice resources are used up.
43: The UDF resources are used up.
44: The range resources are used up.
47: The key value of the entry is not supported.
48: Failed to check the input parameter.

OperateType

Indicates the operation type:

PacketType

Indicates the packet type.

There are not sufficient ACL resources in the system.

Check whether there are available ACL resources in the system. If not, check whether any services have unnecessary ACL configurations. If such configurations exist, delete the configurations to release ACL resources.
If there are available ACL resources, collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
