MCMD/3/PROC_EXIT: The multicore process [STRING] exited, system will reboot.(Slot=[STRING], Vcpu=[ULONG], Pid=[ULONG])

Description

The multicore process has exited, and the system will restart.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

[STRING]

Indicates a process name.

Slot

Indicates a slot.

Vcpu

Indicates a virtual CPU.

Pid

Indicates a process ID.

Possible Causes

Sub-cores are too busy to send the heartbeat to the monitoring process in a timely manner.

Procedure

  1. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel. You can collect diagnostic information using the display diagnostic-information command.
