MFIB/4/REACH_TO_MAX_LIMIT:Can not add entry ([source-address], [group-address]). Total number of route entry [current-route-number] for all VPN has reached or beyond the limit: [limit-route-number]. (Protocol=[STRING], Vpn=[STRING], FileLine=[STRING][STRING])

Description

The current route entries reached the maximum value supported by the device.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[source-address] Indicates the source address.
[group-address] Indicates the address of a group.
[current-route-number] Indicates the total number of current routes.
[limit-route-number] Indicates the maximum routes supported by the device.
Protocol Indicates the flag of IPv4 or IPv6. The values are Protocol=IPv4 and Protocol=IPv6.
Vpn Indicates the name of a VPN instance.
FileLine Indicates the name of the source code file and the line number of this log message.

Possible Causes

The current route entries reached the maximum value supported by the device.

Procedure

  • The processing capability limit of the system is reached. To resolve this issue, you are advised to Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
