Description

The MRM module on the main control board failed to back up the socket ID.

Parameters

[protocol-name]	Indicates the name of the protocol. The value can be: GMP PIM MRM PUBLIC
[socket-id]	Indicates the socket ID.
[error-code]	Indicates the error code. The value can be: 0: The value is successfully returned. 1: The main control board in use is not the master one. 2: The slave main control board does not exist. 3: Fail to allocate memory. 4: Fail to write data to the buffer. 5: Fail to access data from the buffer. 6: Fail to send messages. 7: The backup is canceled
FlCode	Indicates the name of the source code file and the line number of this log message.

Possible Causes

Communication fails, and the socket ID cannot be backed up normally.

Programs or cooperative programs are processed abnormally.

Procedure

Restart the slave board.
Run the undo multicast routing-enable command or the undo multicast ipv6 routing-enable command to delete multicast configurations, and then reconfigure related multicast commands.
