MSTP/4/SET_PORT_FORWARDING:In MSTP process [process-id] instance [instance-id], MSTP set port [port-name] state as forwarding.

Description

The MSTP module set the status of the port [port-name] in the instance [instance-id] of the process [process-id] to Forwarding.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[process-id] indicates the ID of an MSTP instance.
[instance-id] indicates the ID of an instance.
[port-name] indicates the name of a port.

Possible Causes

MSTP set the port status to Forwarding.

Procedure

  1. This log message is informational only, and no action is required.
