OMNG/4/LOST_OVER30S: The process [STRING] has lost the heartbeat for more than 30s.(Slot=[OCTET], Vcpu=[INTEGER])

Description

The device does not receive any heartbeat packets of the specified NETCONF process within 30s.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning

[STRING]

Indicates a process ID.

[OCTET]

Indicates Slot ID.

[INTEGER]

Indicates vcpu ID.

Possible Causes

The device does not receive any heartbeat packets of the specified NETCONF process within 30s.

Procedure

  1. Run the display process callstack process-id command to check call stack information of the specified NETCONF process and find the process abnormality reason.
