PIM/3/hwPimStarGExceedClear:OID [oid] PIM (*, G) entries can be created because the number of PIM (*, G) entries of all instances fell below the limit. (hwPimNotificationAddressType=[integer])

The number of global PIM (*, G) entries created fell below the maximum number of global PIM (*, G) entries allowed and new PIM (*, G) entries could be created again.
