Wait for 5 minutes. Run the display ptp all command to check whether the time is locked.
- If so, go to Step 3.
- If not, go to Step 4.
Wait for 5 minutes. Check whether the alarm is cleared.
- If the alarm is cleared, go to Step 5.
- If the alarm persists, go to Step 4.
Collect trap, log, and configuration information, and contact Huawei technical support personnel.
