Possible Causes

The RADIUS authentication server is Down.

Procedure

Check whether the server is closed on the RADIUS authentication server.
- If yes, no action is required.
- If no, perform 2.
Check whether the link status is normal, and whether the RADIUS authentication server and the device can ping through each other.
- If the link is abnormal, restore the link.
- If the link is normal, perform 3.
Check whether the configured shared key is correct, and then run the display radius-server configuration command.
- If the shared key is incorrect, you need to run the radius-server shared-key cipher key-string command to configure the shared key for the RADIUS server.
- If the shared key is correct, perform 4.
