Possible Causes

When the timer defined by the radius-server dead-time dead-time command expires, the RADIUS authentication server changes from the Down state to the Force-up state.

The device cannot communicate with the RADIUS authentication server. Rectify the fault according to the troubleshooting procedure for the fault that the RADIUS authentication server is Down.
