RIP/3/GR_RCV_ABORT: Received abort notification from helper [IPADDR] on interface [InterfaceName]. (ProcessId=[ULONG])

Description

The Restarter switch received an unexpected abort message from the Helper switch.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[IPADDR] Indicates the IP address of the switch functioning as GR Helper.
[InterfaceName] Indicates the interface name.
ProcessId Indicates the process ID.

Possible Causes

The topology or configuration was changed.

Procedure

  1. This log message indicates that the GR process is terminated, and no action is required.
