Description

The GR status on the RSVP supporting node changed from restarting to maybe-restarting.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
NeighbourAddress Indicates the address of the restarting neighbor.

Possible Causes

When the neighbor was performing GR, the Hello message between the local node and the neighbor expired again.

Procedure
