Possible Causes

Reason 1: A call error occurs. For example, the called party terminates the call or does not answer the call.

Reason 2: The switch does not receive an OK packet.

Procedure

  1. If reason 1 is displayed, the SIP session process is normal, and no action is required.
  2. If reason 2 is displayed, the called party does not receive an OK packet. Run the display cpu-defend statistics packet-type sip all command to check whether packets are lost. If so, set a larger CPCAR value for SIP packets. Then check whether the fault is rectified.

    • If so, no further action is required.
    • If not, go to step 3.

  3. Collect log and configuration information, and contact technical support personnel.
