SHELL/5/SETPASS_FAIL_FIRSTLOGIN: Failed to set password when login firstly.

Description

A user failed to set a password during the first login.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
None. None.

Possible Causes

The user set a whose complexity did not meet the requirement during the first login.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the complexity of the password meets the requirement.

    • If yes, go to Step 2.
    • If no, enter a new password whose complexity meets the requirement. If you fail to set a new password, go to Step 2.

  2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
