Impact on the System

A USB flash drive is used only for USB-based deployment. When a device is running normally, connecting an unknown USB flash drive may cause exceptions such as restart of the device or change of configuration.

Possible Causes

A USB flash drive has been installed on the device.

Procedure

  1. Determine whether the USB flash drive is installed for an upgrade of the device. If so, ignore the alarm. If not, remove the USB flash drive.
