Possible Causes

Cause 1:

The patch was activated for 24 hours, but not set into the running state.

Cause 2:

The RPC was busy in communication or memory was insufficient.

Procedure

Run the display patch-information command to check the patch status.
Check whether the patch is in the running state.
- If so, go to Step 6.
- If not, go to Step 3.
To determine whether to set the patch to the running state, check whether the patch needs to be validated in next restart.
- If so, go to Step 4.
- If not, go to Step 6.
Check whether the patch status goes into the running state after running the patch run command.
- If so, go to Step 6.
- If not, go to Step 5.
Collect alarm information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
