If the two member interfaces in manual 1:1 master/backup mode are backup interfaces in the Up state, configure one of the interfaces as the port-master.
If the two member interfaces in manual 1:1 master/backup mode are in the Down state, check whether the two member interfaces and their corresponding interface on the peer device are shut down. If yes, run the undo shutdown command on the interfaces. If not, the link is faulty and you need to replace the cable connecting to the interface.
If there is only one member interface in manual 1:1 master/backup mode and the member interface is a backup interface in the Up state, configure the interface as the port-master.
If there is only one member interface in manual 1:1 master/backup mode and the member interface is a master interface in the Down state, check whether the interface and its corresponding interface on the peer device are shut down. If yes, run the undo shutdown command on the interfaces. If not, the link is faulty and you need to replace the cable connecting to the interface.
Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
