Description

The working tunnel cannot be found during the deletion of the protection group.

Index indicates the index of a working tunnel.

Possible Causes

During the deletion of the protection group, information about the working tunnel cannot be found according to the index of the working tunnel.

Procedure

  1. Check whether the configuration of the protection group is correct.
  2. Check whether the status of the protection tunnel is normal.
  3. Collect the error information prompted by the system.
  4. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
