Description

Failed to load the signature database.

Parameters

Parameter Name	Parameter Meaning
SyslogId	Log ID.
Module	Update module, SA-SDB: SA signature database
Slot	Slot ID of the engine.
CPU	CPU ID of the engine.
LoadVersion	Version of the loaded module.
Duration(s)	Loading duration, in seconds.
Reason	Causes of the loading failure, including: The engine is busy. The update package is invalid. The compilation failed. The engine is in compilation. The engine is abnormal. The memory is insufficient. The update service is not activated. The update service of components expires. The free space of the storage card is insufficient. Failed to parse the signature database. No SDB version is available for loading.

Possible Causes

The possible cause is displayed in the Reason field in the log.

Procedure

Rectify the signature database loading fault as follows:
- Check the engine status.
- Use a valid signature database file to try again.
- Use a valid signature database file to try again.
- Try again later.
- Contact customer service engineers
- Wait for another automatic update or use commands to force an update.
- Purchase the signature database update service.
- Renew the update service expiration date.
- Clear invalid files on the CF card.
- Use a valid signature database file for the update.
- Update the signature database file.
If the problem persists, contact technical support engineers.
