Description

The access to [file-name] was rejected (0x[access-mode]).

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
[file-name] indicates the name of a file.
AccessMode indicates the access mode of this file.

Possible Causes

The file that was opened in exclusive mode is opened in write mode, or the file that was opened in write mode is opened in exclusive mode.

Procedure

  1. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
