VFS/3/FILE_SLOT_PREFIX_ERR:Fail to process slot [slot-id] prefix.

Description

Failed to process the prefix of the slot.

Parameters

Parameter Name Parameter Meaning
slot-id Indicates the string of slot ID.

Possible Causes

Failed to replace the slot ID in the file.

Procedure

  1. Modify the file name that is the same as the name of the log directory. Then check whether the problem is solved.

    • If so, go to Step 3.
    • If not, go to Step 2.

  2. Collect log information and configuration information, and then contact technical support personnel.
  3. End.
